When will I receive the details for the face-to-face workshop?

You will receive a confirmation and event guide via email within 2-3 business days after we received your payment.

When will I receive my online meeting access information?

You will receive your online meeting access confirmation and details within 2-3 business days after payment. 

Will you record the online training?

The online training will NOT be recorded. If you cannot attend, you can have a representative join on your behalf. We can email you our PDF handouts and slides.

Do you provide refunds?

Writing Hacks Academy will advise the paid registrant at least three (3) business days before the training schedule in case of postponement or cancellation because of unforeseen events. If the new schedule is not agreeable to the participant, we will issue a full refund or offer a video recording of the lessons. In case of cancellation from the registrant, please inform Writing Hacks Academy within 48 hours before the schedule online training to receive a full refund. Individual participants who are paid yet absent during the training day can send another delegate or request the video recording and handouts from the organizer. No refund will be provided for their slots if the refund request was made beyond the cut-off dates.
